Vinciani is a trading style of Five Essence Limited, registered in the United Kingdom. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from Vinciani whether through Etsy or any future platform operated under this name you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

“Vinciani”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Five Essence Limited trading as Vinciani.

“You” refers to any visitor, customer, or user of our store.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through Etsy or any website, marketplace, or sales channel operated under the Vinciani name.

Reproduction, imitation, or distribution of our visuals or brand assets in part or in full is strictly prohibited, whether commercial or non-commercial, without written permission.

We reserve the right to pursue action against any infringement to protect brand authenticity.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, sizes, and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen displays and manufacturing variations.

All garments are made to order unless stated otherwise.

For future website or direct checkout, payments may be taken via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved gateways.

Orders may be cancelled prior to fulfilment only. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on region and demand.

If an order is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier or fulfilment partner to resolve the situation. Replacement or refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

As most products are printed to order, returns due to change of mind or incorrect size cannot be guaranteed.

However, if you receive a faulty or misprinted item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Any return or refund requests must be made via your original order channel (e.g. Etsy messages).

Vinciani is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss arising from delivery services, third-party providers, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the value of the order placed.

Your data is processed strictly in line with Etsy’s Privacy Policy or applicable checkout providers.

Vinciani does not sell or share personal data with unauthorised third parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published where our products are sold.
